This series of abstract images emphasizes the beauty of the in-between.
By creating a shape and putting it into its positive and negative form, the combination of light/shadow and the angle of view (here the camera angle) are the main characteristics to describe the composition.

Compared to how we evolve as humans, this can be seen as a metaphor for our not-so-direct life path of discovering our identity. It is our own perspective and interpretation that gives meaning. Sometimes we even lose track and don't know if something is good or bad, positive or negative. And that is also part of the light-shadow play of life.
